What data we collect

• Newsletter form: email address.
• Contact form: name, email, subject of the request, indicative capital range (optional), message.
• Technical data associated with form submissions: IP address, country and browser user agent, collected for anti-fraud and anti-spam purposes.

This site uses no profiling cookies and collects no browsing data attributable to a person (see the Cookie Policy).

Purposes and legal basis

• Answering requests sent through the contact form (pre-contractual measures, Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Sending launch updates and news to newsletter subscribers (consent, Art. 6.1.a GDPR — withdrawable at any time).
• Preventing abuse and spam on the forms (legitimate interest, Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Where data is stored

Form data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (Cloudflare, Inc., acting as processor). Internal notifications of requests transit via Telegram. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Retention

Contact-request data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request, up to a maximum of 24 months. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability of your data, and object to processing at any time by writing to info@quantgovernor.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority.
